Der Strand an der Piraten-Festung

At Panormos there are sandy beaches with sunbeds available at both sides of the small harbour. Above one of these you can also see the small ruins of the 'Kasteli Mylopotamou' a fortress built by the Genovese pirate Enrico Pescatore in the early 13th century. Here you'll also find cafes and taverns close by.

If you look for a more secluded beach you can go past the Club Marine Palace Hotel where you'll find a few small pebbly beaches tucked away between the rocks.
