Prices
The prices include all local taxes. The prices also include the climate resilience fee of 10 euro per night, claimed by the Greek government.

Minimum stay is 7 nights
A deposit of 25% of the accommodation cost is required to secure the booking.
Bookings confirmed less than 6 weeks prior to you scheduled day of arrival are to be paid in full at the time of booking.
Having received your booking request, we will email you with payment information. When we receive the deposit, you will get a receipt from us by mail.
The remaining payment (75%) is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. After receiving your balance payment, we will email you a receipt and information about driving instructions, keys and other practical information.
If a booking with us is cancelled before the final balance is due (min. 6 weeks prior to proposed arrival date), we will return your deposit less a handling charge of €25,00.
If a booking with us is cancelled after the final balance becomes due, we will try to re-let the villa. In case we cannot achieve a re-let of the villa, the holidaymaker will be liable for the full cost of the holiday rental.
It may be possible for such loss to be covered by your holiday insurance plan - you would need to check. If we do achieve a re-let then any moneys paid to us will be returned less a handling charge of €25,00.
